Each individual may register and maintain only one active win1 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. win1 uses technical and manual verification processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts belonging to the individual may be suspended and associated balances may be withheld pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. win1 may request documentary verification of your identity, address, source of funds, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win1 account credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify win1 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account. win1 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
You may request the closure of your win1 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining PKR balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or pending withdrawals under review) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.
win1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. win1 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time. The minimum deposit on win1 is PKR 200 (two hundred Pakistani Rupees) or its equivalent in other supported currencies. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. win1 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before any withdrawal is processed, win1 may require satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including identity, address, and payment method verification. The win1 platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagering activity, and bonus calculations are denominated in PKR unless otherwise explicitly specified.

In the event of ambiguity, win1's interpretation of applicable sporting rules and bet settlement procedures shall be final. win1 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, where incorrect odds were published due to a technical or human error, or where the integrity of an event is under investigation.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

By using win1, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in that policy. win1 does not sell personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
win1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, win1 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent platform notification. Your continued use of win1 services after the effective date of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
